Terms of Sale

Once the order has been placed and possibly payment by credit card or bank transfer, the shipment will be promptly made.

The times required for deliveries vary according to the destinations (24 hours for all destinations in Italy, 48 hours for the islands for all foreign shipments times vary).

Deliveries are made within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, compatibly with our availability

of warehouse.

Protected packaging

All our products travel in suitable packaging.

NB We recommend that you always check the number and the good condition of the packages, otherwise the complaint must be made immediately to the courier, promptly notifying us of the incident, after which the items will be promptly replaced.

Shipping cost

All shipments for the Italian territory have a fixed cost of € 7.50 euros , payment with cash on delivery involves an additional cost of € 6.50.

Furthermore, for purchases over 90.00 euros, the shipping costs are free if the payment is made by credit card or bank transfer, while with specific reference to payment by cash on delivery, only the costs foreseen for the cash on delivery must be paid.

This offer is valid only for orders and shipments destined for ITALY with the exclusion of shipments to foreign destinations.

 

Shipping in Italy and abroad

For information on shipments abroad it is necessary to contact us in advance to obtain a cost estimate. We will be happy to answer you promptly informing you of the amount of the same.

How to save on shipping

We remind you that the shipping costs for Italy are free, for purchases of total amounts exceeding €90.00 including VAT, it will be necessary to add €6.50 to the total provided for payment by cash on delivery only.

To avoid any delay or inconvenience in deliveries, it is necessary to provide us with any useful telephone number and any e-mail address to be communicated to the courier.

Our couriers deliver during normal working hours (9-17), for this reason we advise you to choose a safe address for delivery.

NB During the summer, delivery times may be delayed.

Right of withdrawal

Equiup srl recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by the Consumer Code (art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014).

The deadline for making use of this right is 14 days from receipt of the goods within which the Customer is required to notify us by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

In the letter requesting to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal current account in order to re-credit the amount due to you according to the methods and conditions set out below (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB, Account Number, Account Holder)

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

  1. the Customer expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;
  2. the purchased good is intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: instruction manuals, etc...);
  3. the product is returned within the times and in the manner described above.

NB The delivery costs are charged to the customer.

Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

After checking the integrity of the goods, we will re-credit the amount already paid by bank transfer to the current account you communicated to our Customer Service.

The refund concerns only the price of the item/s, excluding shipping costs and commission costs for the accreditation.

The refund will be made within 20 days from the moment in which the goods for which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal will be returned.

As already specified, the costs relating to the return of the product are charged to the customer.
