With reference to the provisions of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 , laying down provisions a protection of confidentiality in the processing of personal data , we wish to inform you that the personal data supplied by you, or acquired in the context of our activity, may be processed with or without the aid of electronic means, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, for the institutional purposes of our company.

The provision of your data is strictly functional to the execution of the contractual relationship or, when specified, to the activities consented by the user.

The data controller, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 is Equiup Srl, Via Vittorio Emanuele III, 79 – San Cesario di Lecce, 73016 (LE)

The data will be stored at our headquarters, for the time prescribed by law.

The processing of the data provided, or otherwise acquired within the scope of our activity, may also be carried out by subjects who are recognized as having the right to access your personal data by law or secondary and/or community regulations.

The interested party may exercise all the rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (including the rights of access, rectification, updating, opposition to treatment and cancellation).

Data processing by equipup for generic marketing purposes

Subject to the user's express consent, Equiup will process the user's personal data to send him information and promotional communications, including the newsletter, discount coupons and special offers, referring to its own and/or third party products and/or services, as well as for sales purposes direct and for carrying out market research, by e-mail, postal service and/or telephone contact.

The legal basis of this processing is the express consent of the user (art. 6.1.a) of the Regulation.

The user can revoke the consent given at any time and/or oppose, at any time, the processing of his data for marketing purposes:

• by contacting Equiup at the following addresses: info@equiup.it
• through the appropriate link present in each promotional communication sent by Equiup;
• through the account section called "[Privacy Policy]".

The provision of data for generic marketing purposes is optional: there is no legal or contractual obligation for the user to provide such data for this purpose and/or to give consent to the processing of his personal data for this purpose.

For generic marketing purposes, Equiup will process the user's data until the consent is revoked and/or the right to object is exercised and, in any case, no later than four years from the data collection, reserving the right, before expiry of this term, to ask the user to renew the consent and/or update the data.

The user is advised of the following:

• for generic marketing purposes Equiup uses personal data initially collected for other purposes and, in particular, for the purpose of registering on the Site and/or concluding and/or executing the purchase contract through the Site; this further processing is permitted, as it is based on the consent of the data subject;
• the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal; in the event that the user opposes the processing of his data for generic marketing purposes and/or withdraws consent to the processing for generic marketing purposes, his data will no longer be processed by Equiup for this purpose and will be kept by Equiup only if there is another legal basis (such as, for example, the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court or administrative proceedings);

Failure to communicate data for general marketing purposes and/or failure to provide consent to such processing and/or revocation of such consent and/or exercise of the right to object does not have any consequence on the user's ability to register on the Site and/or make purchases on it.

Finally, it should be noted that the Third Party Sellers do not process users' personal data for general marketing purposes.
